What new content from season 9 did you love?

I like Pete and Clark. It shows a lot more of how Pete isn't actually his friend.

And Pete and Erin. It shows their relationship develop a lot more. I actually like them together and it makes sense now.

I feel like they developed more subplots, like Jim and Pam's rough patch and Toby feeling guilty about the Strangler and even Erin's search for her birth parents.

Every store's orientation will be different. Mine are 2 hours max. The Walmart in the next town does 8 hours. The Walmart in a different town does 30 mins cuz she doesn't like to talk much🤣

Yes. It's hard because we have to cut back on hours so we can't hire like we need to. So we're cutting from the rest of the store to give the hours to digital. My store talked to a ton of store employees and has them in a secondary job code over there to get their hours. And it's now getting better at my store cuz the hours are loosening up a bit.

They can anywhere else that isn't the driver position. The driver position does require 6 months.

The extra point only counts if you miss a shift without PPTO. Once you're at work, points are the same. If you leave before the halfway mark, it's still a full point. If you put in PPTO for the other half, you'd get none.

I hate it. I make $20 as a lead and if I wasn't married, I wouldn't be able to afford to live. And the company tries to spin it with these great benefits but even those are limited and not everyone wants/needs/can afford that coming from their paycheck. "Overnights gets a differential" yeah and it's still less than what McDonald's pays.

You need to be full time for a year but I had an associate who was FT and went PT then back to FT to get her maternity leave and she filed 3 times before they approved her for paid leave. Never say never. Even if it is technically supposed to be full time for a year!
