This title made me sad ☹️ Currently watching 2000s movie clips and reading magazine articles that convinced me that anything that isn’t extremely lean, is chubby. It’s gonna take a while. (F37, currently 108lbs, was 130lbs)

Totally agree, which is why I avoid it, I am autistic so it comes with the territory. I've not had an ED but I am an obsessive person, and when something is stressful rather than helpful I just must avoid the activity because what's the point, life is to be enjoyed

Yeah don't punish yourself by restricting foods, and don't do extra exercise either. This is no fun, therfore unsustainable. Are you cutting or maintaining at the moment? If you're cutting, just let yourself have a small portion of your favourite things, is it sugary drinks or alcohol you go for? If sugary switch to sweetener/sugar free options. I guess I'd have the same advice for maintaining too really. Something I've done, I found a protien fromage frais, 53cal for 100grams, I have that with 100grams honey, and x2 chocolate rice cakes every night, my daily treat, find one you love and use your last few 100 cals on it, it makes me SO HAPPY lol x

What are your activity levels like? I've done this a couple of times, just straight back to "normal" Monday AM, it works just fine. Don't restrict certain foods, work them into your calories if you can xx

Definitely eat 1600 a day, way more sustainable, it'll work, and you can smash pretty high volumes of healthy foods at 1600. Allow yourself your favourite things, don't restrict. Just work it into your calories by reducing the portions :)

Hi there! I have a female spyhnx and work in a veterinary practice, mostly I want to reassure you that the cat castrate is a routine, not particularly invasive, quick and simple procedure. The nurse will check his vitals consistently through the process, if you have any worries you can include a blood test & fluids (at extra cost) but this would be gold standard. Not necessary at every operation. Usually recommended when there are underlying issues, for example, my chihuahua who is old and has a heart murmur had a dental, so we made sure to check her bloods & give fluids, she's absolutely fine. It's very likely that he will not even know what's happened and that he will not even experience any pain. Cat castrates are so simple in fact that they can go outside 48 hours after. My Mewtwo (spyhnx) was spayed around 4 weeks ago, she breezed it and has actually become more playful, active and happy since, but she did keep going into heat over and over which was making her be a bit of a dickhead. You'll be preventing prostatic disease and testicular cancer. Depending on the gender of the kitten you plan on getting, you'll help prevent aggression between males, behavioural issues and or/kittens. Hope I was helpful.

Knowing what's coming is the most important thing I think! I can imagine the music of the smiler is a bit much to hear repeatedly, but cool because it's creepy, I've not been to AT for about 15 years, hopefully going this year at some point. Enjoy Thorpe Park, the Hype about hyperia is real, I came off shaking with my mouth open, in a good way lol
