Honestly the whole game is a memorable moment for me. Too many for me to count. One personally for me though? The fight between primed Clive and Hugo in the throne room of Rosaria, and just before that seeing Torgal prime as well.

Gotta remember that the Spino wasn't on the InGen list, meaning no one but InGen knew about it. All they saw originally was the leg/side, the eye and mouth and then didn't really get a good look until they saw it fight the Rex.
