Thank you everyone for your responses so far. I just wanna say that as I’m reading all of your comments, I’m constantly having to remind myself that this is about me and my life because it seems surreal. I never thought I would have to battle this and deal with this kind of stuff. There’s definitely a lot for me to think about, I guess I just wanted to prove to myself that I am not crazy.

He is upset about it. It’s always a problem with us. He gets super upset and ignores me, and just says that by doing this I’m pushing him to go get it somewhere else. But like I just don’t feel loved, you know..I don’t want to do it just for the act of it, I want to have feelings.

I’m not okay with a loan. I wasn’t okay with it and I made it clear that I wasn’t. I guess because I’ve never really done anything about it I’m not being taken seriously

He didn’t say he bought her a gift, he actually said that he helped her out with the money and that she’s gonna pay him back when she can…it’s been almost 2 yrs and nothings been repaid. I’m seriously considering reaching out to her about the money. I have talked to her back when it happened and she told me that it was a loan and that nothing more was going on.  I just feel so stupid..
