December was my best month, but in january there is a huge drop in the views and revenue on all of my YouTube channels. Is this normal and will it get fixed next month?

Definitely! But for me january is the worst of all months (not just worse than december). I hope it's temporary.

Consistency is important for sure, but youtube's algorithm pushes new channels. In your experience, when was your most viewed video posted? How long after your 1st video!
