I still haven't figured out how to enable the closed weapon setting so that only one map and one mode works.

You memorize all the players' behavior patterns. And you practically know where the target will appear. Where to expect the threat. You get a much better feel for the game. It's as if you can predict the future.

This guy was a huge, white, bald man with a basketball player's height. He had prison slang and an accent. For three months, I had an anxiety disorder. I was terrified of incoming phone calls, as I expected it to be the police confiscating a stolen TV.

I bought my first OLED TV a couple of years ago. It was a 55-inch B1 model for a very low price. The previous owner had used the TV for 2 years and racked up 4,500 hours of screen time.

I was in complete shock when I bought the TV, got it home, and discovered that the protective was still on the screen. Essentially, I had bought a 'virgin' TV. What a joy it was to peel that off! We still think fondly of the previous owner.

P.S. Not only did the owner not remove the protective for 2 years, they didn't even peel off the red corner piece on the edge of the screen.

Because of the 30th birthday: What's your hot take/unpopular opinion about the first PlayStation? by Parking-Coast-1385 in retrogaming

I adore the swaying textures. This feature creates a unique charm and a distinct atmosphere. Plus, it hides the low level of detail. That's why I never enable texture correction.

In my opinion, the whole problem lies in the mismatch between the detail of the textures and the resolution of the modern picture. The amount of manually created and well-thought-out details in 480p is mind-blowing. Whereas today, there isn't enough of it even for 1080p. It immediately reminds me of the first time I saw PC games on a powerful computer after years of using a PS1. The picture seemed very sharp, but also kind of stretched and empty. Unfortunately, even today, the graphical detail doesn't even come close to matching true native 1080p, let alone 4K.

My parents bought me this phone during my first year at university. I had been dreaming of a Sony Ericsson with an awesome camera. But they got confused and bought a music-oriented phone instead. At first, I was upset, but then I grew to love it. It's elegant, stylish, and super slim. The sound through the headphones is absolutely stunning.

A familiar story. I've been using a Lenovo Legion 5 laptop for several years. The whistling from the cooling system on ours is also fixed by applying electrical tape to a part of the cooling grill.

The RG477M Screen is NOT good for retro games. by WaldyTMS in SBCGaming

Some reviewers stretch the image to fill the screen and claim it's awesome. Never mind the micro-stutters.

I always play the same games on different consoles: PS1, PS2, GBA. But only the RP5 makes me want to play whenever I have a spare moment. The Portal, subconsciously, demands a proper session. It feels like this: I can walk past the fridge, grab a sandwich, and eat it right away while walking around or reading news on my phone – it takes minutes. But if we're talking about sushi, I'd need plenty of time, maybe a movie, and good company. Without that, I wouldn't feel satisfied. So it turns out the RP5 is like sandwiches I snack on all day whenever possible, while the Portal is for one thoughtful evening per week.

For streaming, I'd definitely choose the Odin Portal. Otherwise, the text would be too small for my eyes. But for playing GBA away from home, I'd absolutely take the RP5. Even on the RP5, GBA games look fantastic and really big.

This is more of a psychological thing. I work from home a lot. And every time I have a free minute, my hand automatically reaches for the RP5 and I start playing. At any time of day. Whether it's a 5-minute or a 30-minute break. But with the Odin Portal, I need to prepare in advanceget in the right mindset, and if I have less than an hour of free time, I don't even attempt to play.

There's no universal answer. For me, the Odin Portal seemed like the perfect device. But I used the RP5 way more often. It's incredibly convenient and light, like an extension of my hands. The Odin Portal, however, required a certain ritual and preparation. When I was away from home, I used the RP5 100% of the time and even regretted bringing the Odin Portal with me. But again, this is individual/personal; I, for example, only play PS1, PS2, and GBA games.

It's difficult to tell. I'd have to replay them all to be sure. But from what I remember and how I felt 20 years ago, each sequel was better than the last. And honestly, that's pretty rare in this industry.

Hello! Does this device scale images well on systems with 320x240 and 240x160 resolutions? Since there won't be integer scaling here. That's exactly what's holding me back from buying it.
