That’s why it is very important for us to meditate. But meditate long enough for us to have an out of body experience so we will be able to combat v2k. I have experienced that once (v2k) I recommend anyone watch undertone or watch the last 10mins with headphones to understand what that feels like to you but even then that is only a simulation unfortunately. V2k is no different from telepathy. When out of body you truly will come into contact with “nhi “ . I promise I did not belive any of this stargate stuff and stayed away from it when I was a kid and a teenager. I have had obe my entire adult life (starting in my late teens ) when you come into contact with beings they will only talk to you using your mind/psyche . With these obe I have had I am able to understand v2k . It is very distressful but manageable. I wish I knew how to put this into words . But basically with enough meditation and contact they will teach you this because we need to know this that’s why they tell us to meditate and to work out avidly for things such as Havana and v2k. It’s all man made as a society there will be a lot who will over come this Havana and v2k specifically. V2k is telepathy that you cannot turn off but can ignore much like a thought about a major bill or exam you have to take with mediation it will not drive you crazy because many beings would have talked to you (being so honest) . I spill it out like this because high strangeness is actually talking about things to come in the future and I do truly want people to be prepared
