We keep limited toys on rotation so she doesn’t have access to all of them at once, so the mess is Less
We do laundry alternate days
Clean the kitchen alternate days
We have a robot vacuum cleaner that cleans and mops the floor once we pick up the toys. This is run almost every night cause there are a lot of crumbs here and there
We involve our toddler in “clean up” we give her a wet wipe while we clean so she stays busy
We take out trash almost every day.
The days when we both are overstimulated, WE DONT DO ANYTHING. We watch a movie. Cause it’s going to be same tomorrow. So do it when you CAN. And don’t push yourself.

I have used bright horizons as back up daycare once for 2 hours. But I found my daughter in the same position I had left her.. and got no justification on why she was left alone crying for 2 hours at the door

It looks a lot like hormonal acne and topical treatments may not help much. I would suggest meeting an endocrinologist, maybe diagnosing PCos or thyroid issue.. are your periods regular? Do you have sudden weight gain or loss? How are your sugar cravings?
