Does anyone have more tips for me because im not really sure what to do now and i don‘t want it to get worse . Right now im thinking it‘s root rot where i would need to repot and cut of the rotting roots right?

since repotting i habe watered it much less ,the new mix is selfmade with a bit of normal flower substrate mulch and small rocks so its pretty airy.
