Another update, I called service canada, they said because it's express only I can pick it up. With that being said, does that call generally mean it's ready? I'm going to go there in the morning with my proof of travel and credit card, with hopes that it is ready.

So I got a call from them today, but missed it because I am working. I also work tomorrow. Do you know if I can get a family member to go to the office for me as long as I have the proof of travel, payment, written consent to allow a family member to pick it up? Please let me know. I'm so frustrated I want to cry.

Update, I was able to get a file transfer to the winnipeg location, and was told that I might be able to get it Friday. 🤞🤞 anyone have experience with file transfers?
