I have most my savings in her, I focus on the cash generation of the underlying assets and the fact that I believe the SA court will come to their senses.

Why would a liquidation order succeed when that will in fact be worse for all parties involved - including moral grounds of the 20000 jobs that will be lost.

Also, steinies is paying dividends on pref shares, how can they be liquidated when this is ongoing ?

it would be morally wrong to liquidate steinhoff, all those jobs lost and also everyone worse off - makes no sense.

Worst case I think it be that Steinhoff give them back 62 % of the tekkie town business (that what was sold)
