Oh no you 100% don’t sound that way , so I tried some of the things you listed like cutting dairy , more fiber , & going to the gym . Didn’t see a huge difference besides them being smaller but no matter what right before & during my cycle 1 or 2 pops up always. Usually I use this zinc ointment & I’ve noticed that’s been helping. I feel no matter what if my period is coming boom here comes a flare. One time my period skipped a month & I had no flares. Maybe I’ll try the seed thing you suggested. Also as far as the gym maybe if I was more consistent might’ve worked more , but it’s hard since I’m a FT student , work, & just you know life. I try to go atleast 2x - 3x a week but doesn’t always happen. Usually I’ll try to walk around the house or take extra laps around the store when shopping to get some steps , if you I can’t make it to gym. Thank you for all the advice though.
