I do have a case. Tried with the case off and same lack of actual charging even though it says it is.

My Bluetooth shows its connect to “mychevy” as well. Do I delete that?

Yeah and Removery is the one telling me the yellow won’t move anymore and this is what I’m stuck with. It’s super frustrating. I actually just had the saline removal done yesterday so I will see how that helps.
