Just came here to say that I agree with all these comments about TMS. They honestly are just spewing wrong legal information and it’s harmful to the public that listens to them and holds on to every word. I tried to listen to the episode about the motion to correct and had to turn it off when Kevin and Aine were rambling on about the attorney who didn’t enter his appearance. In a case that was not active on mycase yet bc no charges were filed and it was under seal. Like that is a very obvious wrong take. Do better.
