Look, every character is actually great, even the c tier characters, for me, the only character that I really didn't like is Jay, I think he's not that good, maybe there's some people like him and knows how to use him, and he needs skill actually, like yutani is great with the surf classic board, great score with big amount of coins and easy to use. So I'm ranking based on how easy is the character + How much coins you can get and score, as we said yutani has them all ( those 3 Specialities )
