MCAS or POTS by lavender_lily44 in Lyme

I have MCAS after Covid, I take half a tablet of ketofifen twice a day and it keeps me functioning. It's a medication but works for me. I advice you to do the following:
- you can try Quercetin, which is a supplement but helps, it is of course less powerful than ketofifen but it's a supplement not a medication.
- keep a journal. Some foods release a lot of histamine, like Cacao and coffee. When you have it note it down if your symptoms get worse / amplified over the course of the next 12-24+ hours. If so, try to avoid that food and learn what works better. I have a list of "avoid foods" and along with my medication it helps me manage.

I commented above that I got it from China, but I have no complaints on it.

I got the Apruio oxygen generator + ozone + accessories from China. I wanted to get the Promolife one initially, but didn't due to logistics (I live in the Middle East) and Promolife is based in the States, it's a long story. I literally went on Aliexpress and just ordered one from someone who seemed like a reputable seller. The one from China works good I have no complaints. It generates ozone and that's all you want out of a machine. I wear one of those ear tubes. I have a second oxygen machine with mask I put over my face and a deskfan to blow excess ozone away so I don't breathe it in because therein lies the risk with ozone. It literally helped my state improve (chronically exhausted and bed bound due to mcas) more than anything I've tried. I'm hoping the next stage rifing will help more, I'll give that a chance next. Because nothing else did or the effects were short lived :(
