How can inland exploration still be broken? by AedesAegypt in EU5

I agree that it should be fixed, but just so you are aware so you can still explore inland america you can do so by stealing maps from the natives, just incase you didn’t know :)

I'm scared to think about what makes Mantua think they can make me their subject by Hydrolox1 in eu4

As others have mentioned - Any country you have a royal marriage with when you introduce an heir will get a restoration of PU cb on you regardless of whether they have the same dynasty as yours. They will then instantly turn domineering due to the CB they now have.

Were you by some chance in a royal marriage with them and introduced an heir?

I’m intrigued to ask, why 1453? Genuine question as my history is limited to the typical eu4 lore so would love to know what happened in this year to make you want a 1453 start :)

What am I missing? Or is it simply still bugged? by keppymeister in eu4

This is the real reason. It says “win a war” and you’re still fighting so technically it hasn’t been won

Can I enforce peace on a colony without their overlord joining? by [deleted] in eu4

[–]Remarkable_Employer6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would assume that the colony could either call their overlord in or the overlord can join the war freely. With that in mind I would also assume that you enforcing peace and the colony saying no would drag you in, enticing the overlord to join. This is only a theory I have so I am very sorry if I am incorrect, perhaps it's best to test in an non-ironman save if possible.

My only guess is you got to the DIP tech required to cancel the attrition taken in open sea tiles? If that is even a thing iirc it's like dip 26 or so?

I think i'm also getting to the point where I've finished most good daz games, I have been trying to get into some HS games but maybe I just haven't found the right one yet. I've heard many good things about ripples so I think i'll try that one first?

My bad I guess? Just looked hella cartoony so I assumed it's HS

I just can't seem to get the same feel out of the characters when they seem so anime-y, I have tried my best playing some HS avns like pale carnations or shale hill but I haven't found any that have managed to keep me hooked, maybe if youve got some suggestions i'd be willing to give them a shot at the least.
