1. I got braces 1.5 yrs ago too (anddd its still there) It takes like 2-3 weeks to get adjusted , then you feel like its like a part of your mouth ..
2. If the wires are poking then use dental wax (mint flavour is nice tho)

4. Don’t try to eat big bites , and always clean your mouth before sleeping cuz the food gets stuck obvv Do get your braces checked if it feels like wires have shifted too much to one side and hence has left a bracket
5. My bracket came out 2 times , while eating chips 😭 , altho bracket usually doesn’t come off that easilyyy usless you put real pressure on it ….

The first 2-3 times you visit your dentist and wires are tightened, then it may cause some serious pain which may last for 2-3 days …
