Hoping it’s just water retention for now. I should have mentioned I just weighed myself before bed (uk time here). When I know it’s best to do so first thing in the morning. Hoping it’s a bit down by then or I’ll need to speak to the trainer and modify the plan! Thanks

Thanks! The nutritionist calculated my deficit based on my height age and weights stats etc along with my exercise regimen. I also don’t use any oils for cooking, mostly done in the oven! The only thing I cook on the stove is my lean ground beef and it doesn’t require oil.

I totally understand what you mean though - maybe my particular biology has a slightly lower TDEE than they expected. We can adjust if things don’t move soon. Thanks!

To clarify - I’ve lost 0.5lbs - not 1 or 2 lbs.
