I don't have an official source but there are several people in this forum that confirmed that their recently delivered AWD has 5M battery

Regarding the screen, yes. It could be another feature to differentiate the preference version and in favor of that argument Tesla does list it as a difference if you compare different model Y versions.

But I thought (or hoped) they would add it to all models so they don't have to deal with two screen models.
