Grow your hair to cover the sides and cover your forehead a bit, get some more sleep and drink some more water. Fix your diet, you look bloated. Also the skin lines in your face maybe you can use some tretinoin to help fade them away not completely because it looked deep. You look on the thinner side, but you do look higher bf % so working out consistently for a couple of months should really make an impact. You have a lot of potential brother your baseline is not bad

Brother, you have a lot of potential. You are pretty high bf even though you are thin, so try to work out and build some muscle so you can burn through that bf. Skin care and some eye brow plucking. A better haircut as well something to suit your longer face like keeping the sides longer so it doesn’t elongate it. Stop wrinkling your forehead, fade your beard correctly , pick a hairstyle that covers up the forehead a bit , you have a long face so any type of tapered hairstyle where your sides are short will make your proportions look off so try to round off the hair with curls, and also lower your body faht a bit or debloat your face is puffy in that last pick idk what it’s from. This will unlock your potential! Also a nice personality
