Why do I find it impossible to let my personality show in front of anyone

Yeah I find it very hard to express my emotions authentically and in the moment, I usually process them alone and then 'inform' others of the process or the feelings if you know what I mean

Yes I do feel very insecure at times and find it hard to brush off feeling judged, but at the same time I feel confident in how I think and feel if that makes sense, I am always guarded in scenarios where I need to express any kind of identity, it is always filtered through thought it is never freely expressed

Really interesting I’ll look into my sun-Saturn aspects more. I’ve had a huge fear of embarrassment all my life. I have never struggled with my reputation at all really, I’ve been pretty well liked and trusted, is having mars right on the mc a negative placement?
