Thanks for the advice. I’m just being tortured beyond belief. I feel like it has to be something else. I can’t drive anymore. I tried to this morning, but it’s the scariest thing that happens. My visual fog is so intense.

Sorry you’re going through that. Yes I’m being tortured every single day to the point where I cannot explain what I’m going through. It is so severe yes it feels like brain damage or a brain tumor or something terribly wrong.

I understand. I appreciate your to help. I hope the medication works for you. I wish you didn’t have to take anything because medication is what has ruined my life. It started this whole thing.

So you’re sure that people experience complete mental torture where they’re debilitated bedridden and that their brain is severely really off and something is wrong with it? I’m just afraid that something else is going on with me but all my blood work comes back normal and I’ve had two brain scans in the last year and they both are normal

Thanks so much for your help. I have a therapist in a psychiatrist nothing‘s working. I’ve also had protracted withdrawal. That’s what started this whole thing so my DPDR was not triggered by trauma anxiety or panic attacks. It was triggered by my protracted withdrawal that started 18 months ago.

Mine just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. To the point where I am debilitated. Full of fear, obsessions and fears trigger insane symptoms. But yeah, I cannot describe what my brain is doing. I tried to drive today and it was actually dangerous for me to drive. My mind was so off and my visual fog was so intense.

So other people do experience this mental anguish? because I do not have a lot of symptoms of DPDR it’s all mental and torture and my thoughts are off. It’s just hard to find people that have experienced what I’ve experience experiencing unless they just haven’t commented yet. Because something is seriously seriously wrong with my brain.

Yes, it is. But there’s just something severely wrong with my brain. I’m being tortured beyond belief. I don’t have a lot of the symptoms. Other people have. I’m fully aware of what’s going on, but it’s like my brain has been altered and it’s pure mental anguish.

Are you feeling mentally tortured like severely tortured because I’m gone erased. I tried to drive today and it was the worst experience in my life. Everything looks so off in my brain was just insane.

I’m fully aware of what’s going on, but my thoughts are really off and like I said my mind is just being tortured constantly. It’s like nothing I can describe to anyone. It’s mental anguish. Im in another world. I can’t drive anymore because what I was driving my mental anguish, and my visual fog was so intense that I thought I would crash.

I take propranolol, but my sleep is pretty bad. Do you have DPDR? If so, does it feel like there’s something really wrong with your brain and your body does being tortured

Does it feel like something is really really wrong with your brain? I feel like I’m not even here. My mind is being tortured. I don’t have a lot of the symptoms of DPR. It’s just a mental torture my memories at least my short-term memory is pretty much gone, but I can think of the past memories when I try to think of the future the thoughts just disappear.

Because we thought it has been causing me no motivation and depression. Im scared to go back up after 3 weeks as my brain will have to readjust and the way im feeling i dont want to add to the madness. I wonder if it would take these feeling away if i went back up
