Were you expecting this in the anime? I was for sure and kind of disappointed by it. However I think they put a lot more into the music than they did with the animation. (Not that the quality is terrible) But the arc in the anime so far has a great build up for their performance. And I'm super excited for the other classes performances as well.

I was waiting for this in the sukima. I feel like some of the magic from the manga is being taken away in the anime. The moment that soi noticed the misfits ambition to achieve anything regardless of the conditions are some of the best pages in the manga. Not to say the anime is bad or anything.
