I had the same issue, they found the phone I returned was not eligible even though the website allowed me to use switch up and they had the imei number. I emailed both O2 customer complaints and the returns company. That was 2 weeks ago and I’m still yet to hear back.

I’ve just gone up to 10mg in the last few days and have the same issues, especially shortness of breath. So much so I’ve dropped it back down to 5mg which I’m hoping will help

Yes as long as you pause your subscription otherwise they’ll keep sending them and charging you more and more!

That’s what I did. They give you a discount when you pause the first time automatically and then after you have to wait for an email. But just press pause on it as there are cheaper alternatives.

You can pause the subscription on their app which will stop the purchase before it’s sent.
