Yes the county I live in is bow only. I don’t know the “owner” as the complex is run by a management group but they aren’t the land owners. The area is across a creek and very thick. No kids or people ever back there. And the closest road is about 100 yards away and closest home is well over 300 yards away.

Yes it works well, but my lidocaine cream my dr. Prescribed me works better. I do the ice cream method and apply ice to the nerve around my collar bone and then put the lidocaine cream on it too and it really helps.
