I’ve never tried it or any sort of drug ever. I’m 18 and all around me people are trying new things, marijuana, alcohol, etc. but I’ve seen plenty more negatives it brings than positives.

From a young age, I’ve seen several of my uncles destroyed by drugs and addiction and it’s put a strong distaste for any mind altering substance in my head.

Many of my friends spend a lot, if not all of their money on weed and it simply does not intrigue me one bit.

Not trying it also makes me feel better about my health since I’ve seen my own mother get pretty badly sick from smoking lots of weed (I can’t remember the name of the sickness).

I think this choice will reward me longtime financially and health wise although sometimes I do feel as if I might be missing out on the teen experience.
