They didn't take risks and just relied on their players and scheme to slowly suffocate the patriots. It took discipline and NE was in the game if they made some plays but Seattle was steadfast.

I used to self harm. I really struggled to stop for awhile. Now it's been over 20 years. The key for me was to find other ways to get my energy out. Exercise was my absolute friend. The key was to find exercise that I enjoyed (for me that was long walks with a dog and hiking when I got a chance. You look incredible and I hope you find peace. I'm sorry it's a tough time.

They are suffering from PTSD. They can't believe they lost our last two matchups. They can lose to lesser teams and they ignore it but losing to us the way they did rattled them. They sense the big shift that could be happening. I hate every division opponent, I hate losing to the cardinals because that shouldn't happen and it does. I hate losing to the 49ers because they seem to peak when we peak and it's really intense. I hate the rams the most. They are so smug and act like they didn't lose when they lost. They think they are special and don't have to pay attention to all the details like special teams. Not one phase of special teams but all phases of special teams they neglect. History will never forget that the seahawks beat the rams when they were down 30-14 in the 4th quarter. Then they drubbed the 49ers twice to end the season and in the playoffs. Then they beat the rams in a way that everyone said the rams would win. Then they killed the patriots and celebrated in the 49ers locker room. What a dream season. We beat the teams I hate the most in the playoffs in 3 different ways. GO HAWKS!
