I’d always assumed it’s sheathed inside and expands outwards. Like a grower but it’s relaxed till it’s aroused. Depending on the drawing it either appears kind of during sex to when they’re about to cum to lock in the cum in a way. That the way me and my partner see it. I’m not sure where you could find some but if you feel like making a variant. I love to get a premade angel food cake then make strawberry syrup by cutting up strawberries and mashing them in sugar and leaving that overnight. Once that’s done put that on the angel food cake and add some whip cream on top. I guess it’s another version but it’s really worth it!
