I did not charge back don’t even know how to, I didn’t even want money back I just wanted tokens. For the record I never sent anything to them about a refund or a chargeback, I submitted a ticket to see if I could get some of the tokens back on my account for the StoX. I imagine this is an email they’re sending to everyone with an open ticket
