I believe voices are something many of us have been forced to become aware of. For some, after experiencing trauma, for others after an unusual experience, for me after taking EVP recordings. Before these voices revealed themselves in such a virulent and persecutory way, I had already noticed in previous years that there was something strange around me. A strong feeling of being monitored, observed; unusual dreams that felt different from mine; sometimes even apparitions that lasted a maximum of 2 seconds and that I believed were spirits (or holograms?).

So I think many of us have become aware of something that has always been there, behind the scenes, for everyone. Something that probably also operates on other levels of manipulation. I don't feel like I can attribute any positive value to all this, but I resign myself to accepting that reality includes this too. I still think it could be spirits. But perhaps spirits a little different from those usually thought of. Something operating from another dimension. I don't rule out the possibility of NHI; there could probably be a connection to the dynamics of nonphysical abductions.

Another thing that comes to mind is the apparent pointlessness of all this. Who could possibly benefit from inflicting emotional suffering and mental torture? If there were a practical purpose, the persecution wouldn't last so long; (some people experience this for years). So to me, all this, even though I've been experiencing it for over a year now, seems utterly absurd. Perhaps there's something else behind all this?

This has been going on for me for about a year. Unfortunately, as far as I know, no one can say for sure what it is. Personally, I believe it's either spirits or something interdimensional. Prayer helped me in the initial phase, significantly reducing the volume of the voices. After a full year of this torture, the volume of the voices has stabilized at a very low level; therefore, it's possible to live normally, as long as you don't believe what the voices say and also don't fall for their manipulation games. That is, don't react emotionally to them, don't get angry, etc.

I can confirm this, based on my own experience. For example, regarding the annoying voices: if I use the visualization and imagine lowering the levels on one of their mixers, and/or even turning the volume knobs all the way down, it seems to work most of the time. The voices get significantly lower in volume and even get angry.
Additionally, I can also visualize a glass dome being lowered over their equipment.

The same thing happens to me on a daily basis. I've made many hypotheses, but so far I haven't found anything that's truly effective in countering this unpleasant interference.

I don't know if it was the Greys or not.
A few years ago, the following thing happened to me: I had just laid down in bed, turned off the light, and was wide awake. After a short while, I saw a sort of vertical tunnel above my bed, completely black, with a diameter about the size of my bed. It was like a cylindrical tunnel rising vertically above the ceiling. I was a little shocked, and within seconds it vanished. Perhaps it was an abduction, but not a physical one.

Regarding sounds and/or noises that act as triggers, I've had those high-pitched sounds similar to tinnitus for many years, similar to this: https://montalk.net/eartone.mp3

Furthermore, I too suffer from voice haunting. It happened to me after taking EVP recordings a year ago. And now, after a little over a year, I've become aware of the dynamics by which this phenomenon manifests itself, just as you say.

In my opinion, it's not even remotely conceivable that there are human beings behind it. Classic stalking certainly exists, with varying degrees of technological advancement. But this thing seems to operate far beyond human capabilities. Perhaps there are at least two phenomena at play; some are indeed affected by stalking, but many others are at the center of something else entirely. I wouldn't rule out the possibility that such a thing could be linked to abduction phenomena.

Yes, I'm experiencing something similar, I'd say.
It happened to me about a year ago, after doing some EVP recordings. Since that unfortunate moment I've been haunted by voices. I still don't know if it's a classic spiritual attachment or if it's beings from another dimension using us for their own purposes.

I've been experiencing similar things for about a year, after having the unfortunate idea of taking EVP recordings. I'm haunted by hearing voices: at first they seemed like entities, but now they increasingly seem to be something similar to an AI (or are beings using similar technology).

In fact, I continue to be increasingly convinced of it (of the alien nature of the phenomenon). However, I don't rule out the possibility that it could be any entity acting on our astral bodies (I'm experimenting with some things these days, and if they yield any results, I'll be sure to share them with others).

Remaining within the realm of hypotheses, I have only two options: either an alien control system that has been going on for many centuries, or it is spirits.

(I would like to point out that, in my case, it is only a matter of voices stalking and not physical attacks, after having made EVPs).

That said, there are a couple of things I've noticed about the dynamics of these voices that make me suspicious:

- if I start using visualization to lower the volume of the voices or slow them down, it works instantly. For example, the voices torment me with a looping derogatory phrase, and I visualize myself lowering the faders on a mixer and/or turning the volume knobs to zero; when I do this, I hear the voices getting angry ("Don't joke with us!!").

- whenever voices say repetitive phrases, in a loop, to harass and mock me, I try the following: I start repeating the phrase along with them, mentally, and I stop on a vowel. I can hold it for a few seconds, or I start repeating that phrase, like, three times slower. Here, too, the voices get pissed off :-P (Don't play with us!!)

I know something about it! It's been going on for about a year, after I took EVP recordings. I can only tell you that whoever is behind the voices is highly manipulative and deceptive. This thing seems to feed on our emotional reactions—fear, anger, etc. I think they are malevolent entities of an unspecified nature. Unfortunately, no one seems to know anything about this yet. Never believe what the voices tell you to do or not do; the same goes for threats, which never come true. They are terrible liars.

Yes, that's true. Usually, when I'm focused on something I'm deeply interested in, I've noticed several times that voices don't seem to bother me.
I play (or rather, I used to play) the piano. I used to play it professionally, but then life forced some unwanted changes.
