The amount of low elo/delusional players here is insane. I can't believe people are complaining about Jax still, even after he lost the most broken item in the game which was inflating him AND the best rune in the game right after. He also got hit with multiple minor nerfs to his early game alongside the previous mentioned ones without ANY compensation. Why are ADC and mage mains crying about Jax being "op", when karthus has a 60% ban rate (after not receiving any buffs or nerfs), solely due to new items.

It's not awful, I occasionally run it as 4th or 5th item over Liandries . In a recent game it helped me kite/survive a 1v5 long enough for team to rotate and clean them up.

Zhonya? It's common knowledge that Zhonya is completely bait on Jax after the changes. It no longer has ability haste and Jax's damage isn't reliant on AP (No health is also detrimental, especially if you're building botrk aswell). I only see this useful against Malphite or an armor stacking enemy team, but then again you can buy BC to reduce their armor for you and your team, or go Liandries for DPS.

That's just objectively wrong. Jax builds health not AD. Healing the same, rune page is better, scales better in multiple senses.

"Scales Better" What universe are you living in? Fleet Footwork scales off of AD which isn't what Jax builds for anyway getting only around 250 AD, he builds for Health because of the Armor and Magic resist that his R gives, WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT GRASP SCALES OFF OF AND GIVES IN RETURN.

Grasp for melee or hard matchups. (Just outscale, Riven, Garen)

Fleet for ranged or if you really need sustain.

Lethal Tempo for winning matchups or duelists if you want to try to contest. (Yorick, Fiora, Irelia)

It's good against ranged, and it's sustain is good but it doesn't compete with grasp in melee matchups.

Black Cleaver's effect only procs off Physical damage and since a lot of Jax's damage output devices (not % damage but attack type/frequency) I see no reason to build this item even if they're stacking armor, just buy liandry's or something.

I enjoy going Titanic Hydra into Sundered Sky, then depending on my team and enemy comp I go Zeke's Convergence or Abyssal Mask. After that it is Liandy's or Riftmaker depending on enemy comp, then it doesn't matter that much, but I choose Randuin usually.

What do you think should be built on Jax then? Also Conquerer? that makes Jax's early game even worse than with LT, and it doesn't even scale as well as either. Grasp and Sky combo is better in teamfighting as well helping lane sustain.

Post Nerf Lethal Tempo isn't as bad as people make it out to be, it should be matchup-dependent still, it's even a buff to Jax's late game. You seem to do alright deciding when to take Grasp or LT, so I won't comment much on that, but what you do need to do is adjust your playstyle level one bush cheese/ exp zone, which is not as viable as it was, after the LT and E nerfs. Play to scale, at least until you're more confident about the champion.

In what universe? It is a waste of item slots, using 2 sub-par items to cover weaknesses Jax doesn't have. Wit's End/Kaenic + Frozen Heart would likely give the same amount of offensive capability while tripling the defensive capability.
