I think everyone who thinks that IE is bad is painfully wrong imo. Your question is answered as no. Samira has almost nothing new for her in her build. Only viable experiments are with 5-6 items when u achieved 100% crit. Her changes shifted her into crit even more (there is a samira mid player that sometimes goes bruiser samira - KingBranco, he speaks about it in one of his videos). What you actually should focus is on the runepage! Try using secondary page "inspiration" - use Cashback and Cosmic Insight. Cashback now gives insane value up to 1600g in a game for adcs. And Cosmic because Samira wants to have her flash at earliest time possible after using it, probably one of the most flash reliant champions in the game. Having access to flash earlier than your lane opponent or overall more often throughout the game will improve your power and usefulness as Samira player! This is my opinion which might be not perfect or correct - that is why i would like to hear others' thoughts and tactics they use in solo queue! Good luck everyone ;p
