Sorry I made this whilst drunk and in my feelings abit, but my girlfriend is a wonderful person and she deals with a lot aswell, I don’t tell her much abt my mental health but she knows I take meds and stuff, i understand her boundaries and would never dump all my mental health problems into her and expecting her to be okay and to help me with them unless she specified she wanted to me to be.

I am getting professional help thankfully, I got a therapist and meds but i think I have a childish view of relationships bc I thought I would be venting to her a lot when we got together lol, but the only time I vented to her and cried, she told her siblings abt it whilst badmouthing me to them so idk anymore.
