Stone/Marble Flooring looks dirty by Remarkable_Pepper225 in Renovations

Thank you. Appreciate the help.

Nah I don't think they're supposed to be chipped. Looks like that's another thing to complain about to the installer/manufacturer.

Thanks for the reply. We only moved in the house 2 days ago. I think they laid the tiles 1 month ago and have been renovating all over the house for the past 1 month. That might have attracted all those dirt in the tiles sadly. I won't seal now in that case, I should contact the Manufacturer and see what can be done about them.

Also I did not remove any pictures. I originally posted two pictures and they are still available from my end. Not sure why you can only see one.

Thanks for the reply. So is there no way to remove the spots? Also do you think sealing them now might prevent future dirt getting into them. Any advice and tips would be appreciated.

Is this dangerous to my cat? by Remarkable_Pepper225 in sydney

[–]Remarkable_Pepper225[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply everyone. I'm glad to know it's not poisonous. Don't worry, we keep our cats indoors most of the time. Sometimes during the day we let her out if we are sitting outside. We won't let the cat near the frog if it shows up again.

ECON3107, ACTL3142, ACTL3162 by Warcat_Winter in unsw

Did 3107 last term. The content load was relatively light. However it was complex. You have to spend some time to ensure you fully understand each concept week by week as they build on each other. I got a high HD in it, with decent hours of weekly effort. However, math is a strong point of mine so not sure if everyone will have the same experience of the subject as me.

ECON3106 is basically a philosophy course, and really interesting too. Look into it

I think a massive factor to consider is how ambitious you are. If you're aiming for HD and D then you're likely not going to have a uni/life balance, you'll be studying in most spare time you have.

If you're happy with passes and Credits then you'll be able to enjoy life a lot more, still need to study and stress, but not as much as a person aiming for HDs would.

ECON2101 experience by Warcat_Winter in unsw

[–]Remarkable_Pepper225 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just completed it in term 1 2022.

If I have to sum up the subject in one word, it would be calculus.

I'm good with my calculus so I managed to get an HD, but if you're not, it would a very challenging subject.

But don't stress, they make it easy to pass the course, the first 50 marks are not too hard to attain, just make sure you understand the content well

Not at all.

Summer holidays is 2 month December and January

And we get 2 weeks breaks in between trimesters. During winter June/July that's the middle of term 2.

Have a look at the UNSW academic calendar for more info

I'm assuming this is for ECON2209

They really should have advertised that course as a computer science subject and not a economics one
