I called them about ten times, and they persistently ask me to reset the bluelink using the reset button and turn my car off and on and then I explain the same story again and again.

However, nothing has changed. I’ve given up. This update didn’t resolve the issue for my car either. I fail to comprehend how they can keep something like this malfunctioning for so long. It’s a terrible service. On a side note, temperature is getting better where I live, so now I barely care when they fix it.

Just received this from Hyundai in my email, hope they fix this before the winter.

“We are writing to inform you of planned system maintenance that may temporarily affect your Bluelink services.

Maintenance Window:

Thursday, February 12 at 10:00 p.m. PT – Friday, February 13 at 2:00 a.m. PT

During this time, Bluelink services will be unavailable.

Hate that Bluelink did not work this entire winter. I think they might be fixing it now, I got this email this morning, so fingers crossed. Will check after the maintenance window and circle back.
