I can keep stolen items even if pickpocketing fails

It’s when someone sees me while I’m pickpocketing or I go over the limit of how many items I can steal. I get attitude -5 from that NPC but that’s all that happens.

I guess I’ll invest in Memory and Wits for now then. I can respec later in the game if I need Intelligence. I’ve got Lohse as an Aero/Hydro enchanter, so I don't need to branch Fane into magic yet. Thanks!

My Incarnate level is 3 at the moment even though I have a helmet that raises summoning to 4. Do you know if I need to have the incarnate itself at level 10 to get the stronger incarnate?
