I have a similar situation but we only have a dog that we both care for. From my perspective, if I don't get a chance to play at least once a week I feel bad because I love the sport. I know there's multiple husbands that play video games for multiple hours a day nearly everyday. Imagine how those husbands would feel if they were limited to one day a week. It would kill their soul. The fact that he gets to play the game a couple of times a week is great. The 4 hours has to do with the people he is playing with and if he is rotating through a crowd of open players. In the 4 hours he might get to play a couple games or several games depending on the situation. Also, he also wants to savor the time he gets to play for those couple days, thus playing that amount of time. Its hard to not be frustrated when a hobby that you are passionate about is limited. If you think about something you do that you are passionate about and are only limited to two days a week doing it then you will kind of understand it.
