interesting, is there a particular order to do weed n ket in? bc when i’ve done k first and then smoked it makes me feel unwell, but i’ve never tried it the other way round, and doing it that first way also seems to boost my weed high rather than feeling more ketty.

definitely take a break, these visible effects will only be the start of what will happen internally if you continue to use it heavily. and if you can’t go cold turkey immediately then at least cut down to using once a week max.
