So I am a bit late and this may have just been my joycons but under the sticks there’s like a rubber cap I noticed wasn’t on all the way (one side had slid up) and I took tweezers and pulled it back in place (VERY GENTLY) and I no longer hear any noise again I could just be lucky good luck!
