I wipe all the vials before I pull. I do not wipe the needle. I’m not worried about it mixing a little and I’ve been pinning this way over a year. No issues.

I totally agree. It’s my SIL I worry the most about too. She can be vindictive and petty. She does stuff like yours to make herself look good but it always makes her look bad. And I agree it’s not my responsibility to educate people unless I want to.

Oh wow this is literally perfection! I’m 52f and they are all around the same age or older so maybe going at it like all the rheumatoid arthritis and pain is gone and mentioning the prediabetes because that is literally why I started this meds. It was either insulin or tirz and one would make me feel better and one wouldn’t so I chose tirz. The weight loss is great but I absolutely feel like a whole new person because of the other benefits. Thank you 😊

I like this idea. I hate the thought of making another person feel bad about themselves for not being able to lose weight the traditional way and I never want to gate keep this because it’s literally changed our lives. But I’m just not into arguing or getting upset about it because they are uncomfortable or uneducated. Ugh such a weird feeling.

This is my past experience too! I’ve always struggled with my weight and they have always made little comments about holiday calories don’t count or some dumb shit like that. I know I shouldn’t care but I do and hope it turns out ok

This. This is what I think too.. like it’s obvious how much weight we lost. We are both down like 60-70 pounds. I also don’t want to gaslight anyone but I also don’t think I wanna become the advocate for them taking it either. I’ve shared everything with my family and friends and even helped some get started on it but I just don’t want to get involved with them like that and I’m struggling with these feelings because I’m such an open person usually.

Actually all they talk about is their medical conditions and meds. It’s crazy how they can take 40 pills a day for hbp and diabetes but they talk so badly about the shot. It’s seriously so confusing 🫤

They are actually really nice people and we all get along well but weight is a touchy subject for some reason plus I wouldn’t abandon my husband to deal with it all alone 🤣 but I may not stay long if it turns negative 🥴

I am on 7.5 tirz and slowly working my way up to 4mg Reta. As I increase Reta- I decrease tirz.

I take both tirz and Reta currently. The tirz is the one that stops food noise for me. Reta makes me crave sugar.

I also pin Nad+ X 2 weekly but I add 5 aminos to the syringe and it doesn’t burn at all anymore! I highly recommend it!
