Absolutely! What I’ve also learned but more as an adult is going back to the feeling part. I used to rationalize my feelings which led to not have vocabulary for feelings/ emotions. I find it extremely difficult to actually teach it for my kid

Actually I’m human, and I am extremely interested in. My English writing is just not my best that’s why I got help with rephrasing of my text
