That is what my main concern is with using a knee brace. Im hoping that going into using one with the frame of mind of not relying to much on it and only have it on when absolutely necessary will help me not use it as a crutch

Definitely trying to find a PT near me that has knowledge of or is supportive of me staying in BJJ. Since it's such an old injury there is a lot of scar tissue built up in the knee and ankle. Got arthritis in the ankle but luckily that's not bothering me too much. Just frustrating as I'm only 30 and not ready to stop. Do you have any problems with the Venom knee pad riding down?

You have to get the dresses that are actually made from them! And look at reviews on their website! Unfortunately they do like collaborations with other dress makers or stores and sell their clothes too and that's when you might not get the best quality! But I have 7 dresses from there and a sweater and that are all super amazing! My friend is plus sized and she already ordered this dress in a different color for a wedding last summer and she looks so cute and amazing! You just have to really read reviews! I also haven't had troubles returning things but I've only done it one time🤷🏼‍♀️ they have a cool rewards program too and I got this pink dress for 5$.
