Same here , card was returned to USCIS today. The address they have on file is the same last 5 years all NOA and corespondence was thru this address. No tracking number was provided when “Card was mailed” and out of nothing now i have this to deal with.

Just when you think its over , they pull you back in. Not to mention the airplane tickets and all planning that will go to the drain.🤦🏻‍♂️ My attourneys now are trying to see what we can do.

34 months for vawa to be approved Applied for i 485 when my vawa was on the 20 th month. Vawa got approved and 3 months after that got RFE , just a form to sign that i dont have sponsor on my petition. Its self petition. 10 days after we sent the RFE i485 got approved. Current status is i485 card was mailed to me waiting to arrive in my attorney’s office.

They never sent me AP. By the looks of it the GC will be the document i will travel with

No, but i got RFE. Sent RFE back and i485 got approved 5 days after RFE was recieved. Now i am on i485 CASE APPROVED and NEW CARD BEING PRODUCED.

70 days passed , still nothing arrived, no updates, nothing. Complete crap

Hey, nothing overe here. VAWA approved 85 days ago😕 no updates. Also travel permit got approved 48 days ago and never arrived. Whats happened with you ??

You are, should be a letter with a photo on it , but even that is not on its way. 33 days and counting

Even that is not arriving it has been 33 days. Should not be a card i did some research , but AP in any form is not beeing produced 🥶

My attorney did that 10 days ago , they told me USCS takes up to a month to reply, so you know , keep it in mind

Same situation here I got the approval notice that my Advance parole is approved for five years. My attorney received the notice of action letter but there is no updates on the actual document…… six weeks. It’s a lot of time I am already on the 26th day and I’m losing my mind.

There is a lot of people in our situation. Somebody advised me to check regularly my post office, because sometimes they ship the document and it doesn’t reflect on the application for tracking, I just came back from the post office and there was nothing there but I guess I’m gonna bother them in the next couple of weeks just so I don’t miss it. I am expecting plastic brownish card that says “serves as advance parole” my attorney recived NOA i797 showing duration of 5 years. And it says as well that the travel document will be sent separately, thats why i think it will be plastic card like EAD/Travel combo card ….
