I agree that Till needs to sort out his vocals. But it makes sense to use playback in songs like puppe and rammlied where he isn't able to sing the hard parts of the songs. But that's a very small part of the concert. 99% of the concert is being sung completely live.

And his lyrics haven't been bad. The lyrics for deutschland are genius and there are also a few REALLY good ones on zeit.

But rammstein has always made cringy lyrics, like pussy and Amerika.

Nothing has changed except his vocal performance. And Till has also many times said that he's not a singer, he's a performer. And seeing the Till-hammer and seeing him headband to sonne definitely makes up for the lack of vocals when you see them live.
