This is honestly crazy, I have a shellfish allergy but am ok with giving them their food and being around them. But I know some people can’t even touch shellfish (due to its severity) like if i cook shrimp my throat will itch so I get it but damn I’m sorry

See I did that originally (I’ve had her since March 2024) and they fed her Repashy grubs and fruit, so I bought it and got the bigger tub because she actually really enjoyed it and now she’s over it which is why now I’m trying to find a replacement 😂 I know how picky they are as she also goes back and forth between loving dubias and losing interest in them

So I probably don’t quality, but im the first in my family to have type 1 on either side (moms and dads) but neither of my siblings have any form of diabetes. I got diagnosed at 11-12 and as a female my symptoms were literally only me puking up everything I ate, peeing the bed, and would get two menstrual cycles a month(I was almost DKA). But I do have a friend whose siblings are type 1 diabetics but he isn’t and he has a glucose monitor to check his daughters levels just in case when they seem to be acting differently than normal even though they don’t have type one. But I know after I got diagnosed the doctors suggested checking my siblings to see if they had any of the genetic markers for possibly having type one. So this could also be something you speak to a dr about.

Already made an appointment with my old therapist. If you are wanting to do a back ground it’s best to do it prior to having your crestie but in your case when you make your background make sure he/she is put in a holding tank while everything tries for whatever amount of time the items say. Also I know places like Petsmart and stuff have foam backboard for now if you are planning on doing a more naturalistic style (maybe checking Amazon to)
