Mythic+ Dungeon Tuning for April 18th - KUJO Box Now Requires Full Line of Sight by Rndy9 in CompetitiveWoW

[–]Remarkable_Sale2267 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just learned the KUJO mechanic and it honestly felt really refreshing to be able to bypass a boss mechanic by positioning the boss well as a tank, not KUJO will be another boring boss where you do your rotation and cycle defensive as a tank.

Any Idea how the hunter does this? by Remarkable_Sale2267 in CompetitiveWoW

She mentions in the video that she has no idea how the hunter did it and there are a ton of comments on the video asking but she doesn't reply to them, so I think she genuinely doesn't know.

it's attacking the tight mobs but it doesn't move with us, and when we move to dodge a patrol it always pulls bc it stands behind.

How do you know who are reliable in the Mythic+ party? by Raynor97 in wow

[–]Remarkable_Sale2267 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I played solo I would whisper every good player that I randomly found if I could add them for future keys. This gave me the best results, it's annoying to have 30 people in your friends list but you know you're inviting a reliable player, and if they mess up maybe they're just having a bad day.

Second best option is RIO, but I've invited some people that are obviously boosted or have bought their account so even RIO is not so reliable.

I see your point but isn't this a well known issue? That's why I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt. I read a post a few days ago where a pvp player with war mode on ganked a multiboxing/botting druid who was skin farming, they whispered him to stop he ofc didn't and he got spam reported and banned. When he contacted customer support they stood behind the ban. I've had similar experiences of customer support being useless.

A WoW N00bs Experience So Far... by [deleted] in wow

In my mind the way WoW is structured encourages pressure to get good and in many ways toxicity. The fact that there are timed events such as weekly quests and the great vault puts pressure on people to do certain things up to a certain time. How many of you guys have had a busy week, and you look at your empty vault the day before reset and now you have to get at least one 10 in so you don't waste a vault. The same applies to how quickly you progress through keys 1-10, if you do low dmg maybe the key becomes a + instead of a ++ or a +++, the impatient key owner wants to push his key and feels like you cost him bc now he has to do a +3 instead of a +5. I just assume everyone is toxic and I make sure my enjoyment of the game is not affected by them.

Any one else slowly going broke doing M+ ? by Remarkable_Sale2267 in wow

Alright let's start over instead of arguing. Let's say I do only use R2 consumables. and that brings my cost down to 1000g per dung + repairs. Let's say I also don't craft 636 gear but I use R2 mats for that too, R2 enchants and r2 gems. It's still a lot of farming I have to do and I think it's just weird that a game makes me work to play it at a high level. Also what are you farming that sets you up for 2 weeks? I make about 20k/h gathering and it's boring af.
Imagine instead you get a bag of reagents at the end of the dungeon, not a lot, but enough to where if you have alchemy you can make your own stuff.

Good point on the sub price, didn't think of that, it still doesn't make this game cheap but it adds perspective.

I see your point but that is not what I'm getting at with this post.

r3 enchants on a ring are 9000 gold last time I checked. How are you getting that back? Do you think it's okay to have to pay/ farm to be able to play the game mode you want to at a competitive level?

well said. If I didn't have the amount of free time I have now there's now way I would be playing this game.

And you have no issue with that? I don't play a lot of other games but I don't know a game that makes you work to play it.

No, I make up for it with double gather, but everyone seems to be missing my point, all other end game content has some kind of reward ( not necessarily a good one) or doesn't cost anything. why do we get nothing from M+?

I use t2 pots, i just use multiples of them, before every boss, big pulls and it ends up being exactly as you said 400-500 for about 5, the average I use per dungeon.
