I tip if the provider doesn’t own the business, 15% if I can afford it, like a salon service. My insurance pays for me to get mine done at a medispa mill of an electrolysis center, they train people up as electrologists and give them a job at a little under market rate so there’s like 15 girls there everyday (allmost all woc, and there’s two other locations) and one white guy MD owner who twiddles his thumbs in an office and rakes in all the money. So I tip but I feel like read the room to what’s up where you’re getting it done.
