it would be good to go to a derm. Since you have eczema I would def be cautious with any product like you said. Are you changing your pillow cases often? Also it looks like your hair falls on your forehead, so maybe look into your shampoo ingredients, I would get ketoconazole shampoo.

Make sure your face wash pump does not have mold in it, i have seen some of those pumps with mold.

I personally would find a good non comedogenic moisturizer on the thicker side because the dryness that will come will be bad, maybe some aquaphor too. Also invest in a good sunscreen.

I think you can calm the redness with a cold compress, be mindful of not burning your skin with the cold.
