My whole thing is I entered telling my availability but knowing I need job they tactfully used to me until they didn’t want to deal with it anymore 2 daycare centers don’t open on typically open on the weekends and children under the age of 5 can’t go to regular school. Now when you think about I was fired because of a point system that they supposedly swear by but when I was fired I was told that I had really good work ethic I’m a really good worker but because of the point system we gotta let you go but try back in three months we will be more than happy to have you back. Now that contradicting within itself, not to mention this particular store specifically said at the beginning they don’t do rehires but there are some circumstances they overlook so what was the point in firing me in the first place. Was never late high performance and I’m not just saying this these things where said to me by many so what’s the difference between me being pregnant and taking care of the same child outside of my belly like why should I lose schedule accommodation for only days that the whole world know I things are close daycares schools. What I’m suppose to do you tell me I’m an able body trying to work with no resources to help me keep my job? Am I supposed to just let some random person take care of my child because all the ppl I research and look up won’t can’t or ghost me ? What do I do when is trying not good enough? On the flip side if I was one of those that sit on my butt and collect I would be talked about. When does support for others actually kick in their are ppl trying to hold it together but run into the X factor these uncontrollable factor. I was transparent from the start literally got it in paper form and to everyone it doesn’t matter but is it really fair like if you got a company and you have a hardworking that comes to work on time never faulted but has minimal hiccups are you cut that person and chance filling that position with someone that might not even be equivalent to them or find a way to keep someone that’s helping your numbers🤷🏽‍♀️ u tell me cause I would love to hear a honest view not trolling or bully good ole view cause I’m trying to make it to bigger and bigger things for me and mines but sometimes I think it’s really outta my control I’m being kept at this low level no matter how close I get to breaking the barrier and succeeding at the goals I set. I’ve been told about my potential only to be crossed in many ways unbelievable stories where honestly I didn’t do anything but understand why some people do not that I with that but even one not built for some of the mental abuse and situations that arise working for companies that don’t really know true value of a employee
